This case study is about MSc Services Limited, which provides a range of career development and recruiting aids to the major players in the European Oil sector. It has three functions; in Aberdeen (headquarter) Stavanger (Norway) and The Hague (Netherlands). For the coming stratum the senior management investigates the issues, whether to close the office in the Hague, whether go into the market with a new personality testing service or whether to expand the Hague offices operations.

Task:

The case study should begin with an administrator summary, which summarizes the investigation of the described issues above. In following sections, decision parameters should be calculated to derive decision parameters. A detailed pecuniary evaluation should be provided by analyzing the companys profit position, conducting a CVP compendium for the new service, and a payback and Net Present honor calculation. In the end of this history, the conclusion should provide recommendations based on interpretation of the financial analysis and other external factors whether or not to undertake these projects.
