To do so in a descriptive survey, the models provided by Robbins and Hunsaker and by Allen and Meyer were use to measure interpersonal converse skills and organizational commitment respectively. The used tool was questionnaire. The statistical partnership included public organizations in Qom city among which two organizations were selected randomly. consume was al so conducted randomly in twain organizations. Finally, 106 individuals responded to questionnaire items. The findings of the research memorialize that among existing skills in the model, unspoiled aggroup building skill has a significant relation with organizational commitment.
